One of Hungary’s most beautifully set campgrounds, Sopron`s four-star ÓZON CAMPING awaits you next to the 700 years old forest mill, situated between the Rak Creek and the forest.
The familiar campgrounds, with their almost untouched surroundings are easy to find by driving along Routes 84 and 85 from the Austrian border, following our signs on Route 84.
Sixty camp sites await you with electrical hookups on a marked, numbered, grassy, paved road, and in the wooded area twelve comfortable category B bungalows (without water), a restaurant, a swimming pool (with an extra section for children), Laundromat, indoor showers with hot and cold water, toilets and kitchenettes with gas, hot water and refrigerator.
You can exchange money at the reception. There is a mom-and-pop-shop 50 meters away and a large grocery 500 meters away. The bus stop for the bus which takes passengers the 6 kilometers into downtown is 150 meters from the campgrounds. Tennis, angling and riding facilities are 2 kilometers away.
The quiet campgrounds with their extraordinarily good air offer real rest and relaxation.
You can go hiking in the surrounding mountains or wander about downtown Sopron with its medieval sights in the museums, churches and streets. On both sides of the border, you can view easy to get to castles. And Vienna is less than an hour away! We take reservations for both camping sites and bungalows.
